Returns and Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our products, where each item is produced only once ordered, we regret that we cannot support returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product or identify a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered. Contact our team within 30 days of product delivery through the “Submit issue” form.
Ensure that you provide a clear photo showing the issue. This will help us process your request promptly.
Refunds
For eligible cases of damaged products or manufacturing errors, we offer a choice between a free replacement or a refund.
Multiple Products with the Same Design Issue
If an issue affects multiple products that share the same design, we may request an additional photo (or video) displaying all affected items within a single frame for confirmation purposes.
Customer Responsibility
Please note that Urban Style Hub cannot be held responsible and will not provide replacements or refunds in cases where the customer ordered the wrong size or color.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you may opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
For products created using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, please be aware that there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement. Minor variations in print placement within this tolerance range will not be considered as defects.
